About Us
Our Story
In our university days, our team formed a cohesive unit, spending countless hours in the library’s reading room. We shared theoretical knowledge, collaborated and helped one another on tasks and seminars, and found joy in the process. The exchange of knowledge and diverse viewpoints became a common and memorable aspect of our journey.
As our careers unfolded, we continued to work in the different fields of structural engineering, preserving the collaborative spirit we developed in university. Over time, we extended this spirit to our work colleagues, often holding webinars or informal meetups on topics of interest to structural engineers. These sessions ranged from discussions on resolved issues to seeking advice, building a strong network of engineers skilled in solving various structural problems.
A significant turning point occurred when our colleagues from Germany invited us to contribute as essential external associates to their structural engineering company. Inspired by our previous collaborations, we made the decision to establish our small entrepreneurial company. Our colleagues became mentors, guiding us in through the projects, adjusted our work practice to theirs, adapting us to new standards and project requirements. Since then, we’ve successfully completed over 40 individual family houses, small residential buildings, and several larger projects, all showcased in the ‘Reference Projects’ section.
In parallel, we also work as external associates for renowned Serbian companies, where we used to be employees.
Our Team

We give great importance to a positive and trusting working atmosphere , characterized by collegial and friendly cooperation. Equally important to us is the continuous development of each individual according to their professional and personal skills, especially on innovative technologies, implemented through BIM. Our flat hierarchy model of organization provides open and appreciative communication between professionals, internal effectiveness and fast decision-making.
As part of our team, we have external associates consisted of experienced structural engineers working in Germany on a consulting level. They serve as valuable assets, providing guidance, experience and overseeing projects when necessary.
